Do we need extra software?
No. Everything runs inside Zoho as custom functions, workflow rules and buttons, written in Deluge, Zoho’s own scripting language. There is no middleware subscription to pay for.
Custom functions need a Zoho plan that includes them. We check yours before we start.
Which Zoho apps do you work with?
Mostly Zoho Inventory and Zoho Desk, connected to Shopify. If you run other Zoho apps, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Every function logs what it did. API calls are retried, and anything that still fails is flagged for a person rather than skipped.
Statuses your team set by hand, like On hold or Refund, are never overwritten.
Do we have to use your other services?
No. Zoho work can be a project on its own. Plenty of it ties into Shopify, which we also run, but you don’t need us for your ads or website.
